Details regarding New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft‘s alleged involvement in soliciting prostitution in Florida have been released in court documents.
Palm Beach County State Attorney Dave Aronberg said Kraft faces one year in prison if convicted on the first-degree misdemeanor charge of soliciting another to commit prostitution, according to TMZ Sports. He could also be sentenced to 100 hours of community service and required to attend a prostitution and human trafficking awareness course.
The 77-year-old Kraft was among a group of 25 people Florida police announced Friday would be charged in a prostitution sting.
Aronberg said Monday that nobody will receive special treatment in the case:

According to a document obtained by CBS 12’s Danielle Waugh, Kraft allegedly went to the Orchids of Asia Day Spa in Jupiter, Florida, twice last month. He allegedly visited the spa Jan. 19 and Jan. 20, with the latter visit coming on the same day the Patriots played the Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium in the AFC Championship Game.
Court documents regarding Kraft’s alleged Jan. 20 visit included graphic details, h/t TMZ Sports:
“[Employee] escorted Kraft to a room identified as JPPD Cam 2. There, the two hugged each other and Kraft took off all his clothing, laid face up on the massage table and [employee] hugged him again. At approximately 1102hrs. (Employee) began manipulating Kraft’s penis and testicles and then put her head down by his penis. This went on several minutes.
“After a few minutes, [employee] wiped Kraft in the area of his genitals with a white towel, helped him get dressed and hugged him again. Kraft gave [employee] one $100 bill plus at least one other unidentifiable bill.”
The Jan. 20 visit reportedly lasted 14 minutes.
A spokesperson for Kraft denied the charges in a statement Friday, via CNN’s Jill Martin: “We categorically deny that Mr. Kraft engaged in any illegal activity. Because it is a judicial matter, we will not be commenting further.”
However, per NBC News’ Tom Winter, Florida police said they obtained video evidence showing Kraft “involved in acts of prostitution.”

Michele Steele of ESPN reported Monday that Kraft has been charged with two misdemeanors in the case, and ESPN’s Adam Schefter added that Kraft is due in court April 24.
